You are eligible for full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. *After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. Do not attempt to repair it. *Make sure that all connections are secure, when the stool is open the spreaders must be securely in place. *Use stool on flat dry surfaces. *Never place stool on anything but the ground or floor. *Keep stool surface free of slippery substances.

*Read and follow instructions regarding proper use to avoid injury. *Do No exceed 250lbs.(113kg) capacity. *Wear a shoe with a slip resistant sole when using stool. *Never attempt to move stool while in use. *Be alert and aware of overhead objects.
